This End-User Licence Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of ENTRA Central and its modules (the “Software”), operated by Entra Engineering (Pty) Ltd(“ENTRA”, “we”, “us”) at entra.co.za and its subdomains. By signing in to or using the Software, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
1. What the Software is
ENTRA Central is a suite of internal business applications operated by ENTRA for its own operations — including telemetry, assets, inventory, procurement, projects, time-tracking and payroll administration. It is private business software for authorised ENTRA personnel and appointed representatives. It is not a public product and is not sold, licensed or made available to third parties.
2. Licence granted to you
ENTRA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Software solely for ENTRA’s internal business purposes, in the course of your role, and only while you are authorised to do so. This right ends automatically when your authorisation ends.
3. What you may not do
- Share your access credentials, or let anyone else use your account.
- Use the Software for any purpose other than ENTRA’s internal business.
- Copy, distribute, sell, sub-licence or make the Software available to any third party.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code, except where the law expressly permits it.
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the Software or the data in it.
- Access, export or disclose information you are not authorised to see.
4. Third-party integrations
Some modules connect to third-party services under ENTRA’s own accounts, to exchange business records. Your use of those services is additionally governed by their own terms. ENTRA is responsible for the ENTRA Software; each provider is responsible for its own service. This Agreement grants you no rights in any third-party service.
- Intuit QuickBooks Online. The Procurement module synchronises procurement records — such as purchase orders, suppliers and expense accounts — with ENTRA’s own QuickBooks Online company, under ENTRA’s own subscription. This use is also governed by Intuit’s terms and privacy statement.
5. Data and confidentiality
The Software contains confidential ENTRA business information, and may contain personal information about ENTRA personnel and third parties. You must keep it confidential, use it only as your role requires, and handle personal information in line with applicable law and ENTRA’s Privacy Policy, which describes how ENTRA collects, uses and shares information.
6. Ownership
ENTRA and its licensors own all rights in the Software, including its code, design and content. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any of those rights to you, and you keep no rights in the Software after your access ends.
7. Availability, warranties and liability
The Software is provided “as is” for internal use. ENTRA does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ENTRA is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Software. Nothing in this Agreement limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Suspension and termination
ENTRA may suspend or withdraw your access at any time, including when your role, employment or engagement with ENTRA ends, or where these terms are breached. On termination you must stop using the Software.
9. Changes
ENTRA may update this Agreement from time to time. The current version is the one published here, with the effective date shown above.
10. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
